I went there yesterday, went into the drive, although and after a few meters I reached the ordered speaker only to say that there was no eftpos available, that was ok, even if I had to wait every 10 minutes. before I was able to get through the exit. in the last window I asked the girl in the window (afghan girl) to talk to the manager and her answer was “Why?” I then said because I would like to make the suggestion that a sign will be placed outside the passage that there is no eftpos today, so others will not be stuck in the drive. the manager then comes into the window and I tell her my suggestion and make clear that I am unhappy about waiting, then she apologized and told me to come into...
The Hungry Jacks restaurant is located in the Corner of the Stud Road and Clow Street and is a drive through restaurant . Two seperate rows are available for drive through and order . One can have food from the restaurant itself . Ample parking space exist for atleast 15 vehicles . One can exit to clow street or stud road from the Restaurant . The Restaurant is open from 6 AM to 11 PM .The variety of foods include , Arabica Coffee , Muffins , Coke , Potato fried chips , Cheese Burger , Nuggets . One can have combi -meal which is of good value .Sometimes during peak hours it is crowded .Value for money .
I visited this restaurant yesterday and went through the drive-thru. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was informed that there was no eftpos available. I suggested to the manager that they should put up a sign to notify customers of this issue. The manager apologized and offered for me to come inside to pay. However, one of the workers named Banoo was rude and unhelpful. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with her and I have heard similar complaints from friends. The lack of respect and proper customer service training at this establishment is disappointing.
I must go here at least once a week.... They are always out of things either the ice cream doesnt work or the thick shake machine doesnt work... the orders are screwed up... and always ask for a receipt esp when using drive through and cc as I was way over charged and only noticed when I saw my statement.. With no proof of purchase.. or make sure you sign or put a pin number in and dont accept them using touch and go... thats where i was stung...Unfortunately for me they are the closet and the coffee is good for a $1.00.. Staff is nice but the managers are horrible.. one out of all them i have experienced are nice. I believe her name was Helen. She was willing to help me with my wrong order and replace it as i asked. The restaurant management is rood...dose not care and has a attitude everytime we go. I must go every week and there always out of stock never have shake or ice cream and fries are never fresh.. deffintly needs new training for the most the managers.

Try to stay away from this place and they are rude. When they make mistake and you point out instead of apologise or fixing the problem they just refund your money but not realising that they have wasted your expensive time.
I just had the worst, tasteless, soggiest drive through Aussie Burger !! .... the burgers definitely AREN'T better at Hungry Jacks !! Book a table now
