I went there yesterday, went into the drive though and after already entering by a few meters I reached the ordering speaker only to be told that there was no eftpos available, that was ok even though I had to wait all of minutes...before being able to get to the drive through exit... at the last window I asked the girl at the window (Afghan girl) to speak to the manager and her response was “why?” I then said because I would like to make the suggestion that a sign be placed outside the drivethrough that states there is no eftpos available today so that others don’t get stuck in the drive through unnecessarily. I visited this Hungry Jacks on the about i drove in drive through and ordered a double whopper with cheese in a large. As I approached the window to pay I specifically asked the girl to make sure my food was fresh. And...she replies back with a smart ass attitude saying that “we’ve already made your food” and i reply saying that doesn’t bother me i’m not going to pay for cold food!!! She then tells me to wait in the loading bay while my food is supposedly getting prepared. I waited minutes before i got out of the car fumingly figuring out where the hell my food was. Only to find out they’ve wiped my order off the list forgetting all about it!!! Avoid this store at all costs!
I went through the drove through tonight and ordered a large coke with heavy ice. I get round to receive it after waiting all up minutes in the drive through only to be told there is no ice. The woman at the window seemed...dazed And confused and ignored me for min before telling me there was no ice. The restaurant was not busy and there was no sorry.
