This is one of the best Chinese sitting or taking restaurants in the area! Give him a rare 5-star rating from me. You have consistently great tasting typical dishes. Fresh and very timely prepared. The decor inside is a bit dated, but always clean and it is a backdrop to which people actually had time to sit and eat. Speaking of fact, I highly recommend for lunch or a nice dinner. Super Chinese food This lovely restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food. I was in this restaurant twice this year. The first time was for my birthday and today was to say goodbye to a recent colleague. We all ordered different dishes from the menu. The dishes kept nice portions that were somehow perfect. Great Chinese in the heart of Scotch Plains. The ingredients were the freshest I've had in Chinese food in a very long time. The hot and sour soup wasn't as hot spicy as I prefer but had a wonderful texture as a base. I ordered the shrimp with eggplant Szechuan style. Aside from my adding some of their homemade hot mustard, the dish was superb. I'll be back to try some more dishes!
Price increase as much as $5 on each item. No increase in quantity. Quality of food is not as fresh as 7 10 years ago. Maybe it's property, chefs or management. I'll keep buying food from the restaurant. Staff is always pleasant and warm.
