Wide range of food options, nice ambiance and beautiful cafe with indoor and outdoor seats. However, the customer service is the only thing that put me off. I came in Sunday, and it seemed to be quite busy, and there’s one guy (looked like the manager, or owner perhaps) told me straight that they don’t take card payment, cash only, without even looking at me, not to mention a smile or something. That’s really unprofessional, and disrespectful towards a customer. I also work in hospitality myself, and my cafe shop is way busier, but that’s not a reason for you to treat customers the way you want. I hope he didn’t intentionally do that. Five of us came here for breakfast, three of us ordered the same thing and after waiting half an hour were all brought a different meal. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen. When the waitress was informed she was apologetic but came back and said 'you can eat the meals we 've made for you otherwise it will be a really long wait because we 're very booked '. I don 't know why they didn 't then make our meals a priority for the kitchen rather than implying we wait after everyone else in the restaurant after they made a mistake. We said no forget about it, 3/5 people left hungry after being in the restaurant for well over an hour and we were still charged over $80 for 2 people 's food and...
Not great. The detox juice was way too gingery and watery. The scrambled eggs were nothing great and tasted bland. The atmosphere was packed and loud. At least there’s ample parking. Way too overpriced for what they deliver, and most of the other negative reviews are justified.
I'm obsessed with this place. I deliberately take the route that passes this place on my way to work to get a coffee. Wonderful staff. Energetic vibe. Great quality
