So impressed by this place. Never been to a place with so many irresistible choices on the menu. New and different without trying too hard. They also know how to make a proper latte what a relief. Right temperature, right glass, great taste and beautiful fern. I had the open breaky burger with a side of seasonal greens and my partner had the chilli cheese scram with jamon truffled mushrooms. Both outstanding. Service great and not over bearing. Order and pay up front at the counter which means the staff can focus on more on service. Venue was cosy and quirky. Not too big, good music but quiet enough to have a conversation. The only thing I would point out to people wanting to visit this plac...
Visited Hylin yesterday and although it was very busy due to it being a public holiday, I thought that service was friendly and efficient. The staff were happy to adapt menu items so myself and my mum could enjoy two great vegan brunch options- the smashed avo and mushroom toast. Both were delicious and we will definitely return on a less crowded day to spend a bit more time enjoying the atmosphere and nice decor
My husband, dog and I visit Hylin nearly every Saturday! It’s our absolute favourite breakfast spot! The açai Bowls are the best I have tasted in Perth and the coffee is delicious as well! The croquettes also a favourite and the serves are very generous! The staff and super friendly, always smiling and when I order they always ask me how I am! we love this place and love that it is our local!
Hylins food and coffee is on point every time I visit (which is almost daily). But my favourite thing is the customer service. It doesn't matter what time of day it is or how busy it is, the staff do their best to always look after everyone. They are warm, welcoming and will do whatever they can for their customers. This is one of Perth's best cafes, with a funky atmosphere it is my new favourite. The food, especially the chicken bagels are delicious, I honestly can't thank the staff enough for accomodating to my weird dietary requirements. Thank you, Mikayla and Antony
Soooooooo glad i was introduced to this place today!!! Delish fresh juices the menu is to die for!! I never thought a plate full of green veg could taste so amazing. Can't wait to eat my way through all the options
First time trying this place out this morning and it's hands down the best breakfast spot I've tried in a very long time! Food, flavour, quality and service was outstanding! We will definitely be back
