Small place (about 30 seats between inside and outside), so it is advisable to book, but with a good assortment of wines. The cold cuts are highly recommended, we took a mix to taste a bit of everything, but our favorite was undoubtedly the highest quality jamon iberico de bellota so we will choose it directly when we go back. The taste of oil flavored with Himalayan salt and a mix of cheese and paprika that gave the oil a particular taste was excellent. For the main courses we let ourselves be advised and opted for the dish of the day (a lomo stew) and ribs with caramelized onion sauce and a spicy mix.
