I used to love this place and this location specifically. The prices have gone up quite a bit, while the quality of the food and the service has gone down. I paid $30 for two to go chicken teriyaki meals. The spicy bowl didn 't come with any teriyaki sauce. The dinner came with only one tiny cup of teriyaki sauce not nearly enough for both the chicken and the rice. The chicken was served dry and had no sauce on it. The salad dressing used to be really good, too, but was watery and flavorless. The owner used to be in the store regularly and was always so friendly. I called to comment complain and was told that 's just how it is...that i should have known to ask for extra if I wanted more. I w...
Just ordered from here through Uber eats. Uber Eats makes it nearly impossible to review/rate them, so here we are at the restaurant. I don't feel horrible about that because we ordered very simple meals. Two chicken teriyaki plates (thigh because breast is almost $3more plus we prefer thigh) one was a one level spicy and the other a 3, plus an extra order of chicken. We didn't get the extra chicken and they were both a 3 level spicy AND the chicken breast that was so dry you could hardly choke it down. Very disappointed.

Love all the Ichis! Came in here Thursday 3/16, the salad rolls were so fat and the shrimp tasted fresh. The counter girl was so nice and did her job really well. Everything else was delish as usual. I also LOVE the music they play at this location!!
