This place has lost its touch honestly. I ordered Maki Rolls Combo (M1 Maki Combination A) usually when I order it the tuna maki rolls are made with minced tuna and with cucumber in it. Both of the yellowtable and tuna arrived with whole pieces of tuna and yellowtale without cucumber and not minced which I usually get it made differently. Really disappointed this place used to be one of my favorite places in the DMV area.
So disappointed. We love the food here and have been going for years and slowly each time the service has gotten worse and worse. At some point you have to cut your losses and know the value of your dollar. I think we deserve good service, much less to be treated decently when paying over $100 each meal. We will not be returning.
I was very happy with the variety of options on the menu! This place is a great spot for a date night, night out with friends, or even a quiet evening at the bar. I 'm personally a big fan of their 'green tea ' cocktail! The sashimi is about as good as it gets for Northern Virginia. Will be back soon!

I travel to the area 5-6 times a year and try to visit when I am in the area. One of the places I look forward to dining when I am traveling. Enjoy the Ramen and fresh sushi options. I also enjoy it as a take out and enjoying in my hotel as they do a really nice job with the take out.
Fun restaurant right next door to the Arlington Shirlington Hilton. Tried the Lotus cocktail and it didn't disappoint. The sushi selection had something for everyone. A+ on the shrimp tempura roll. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. Great stop over for an easy lunch or dinner.
I've been to Ichiban several times; mostly for the delicious Spicy miso ramen which is the tastiest one I've had in this area so far. The broth is flavorful and they give a decent amount of protein. The rolls are good too.Food: 5/5
No offense but I’ve had way better sushi and ramen. The chicken in the ramen was very suspect to me. The flavor was odd. The cali roll was so bland. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are better options.

Wonderful people great service and everything we had was so good. Chicken and pork ramen, spicy crunchy rolls, squid balls, chicken dumplings, shrimp tempura roll all so yummy.
