For the record, it's only about the Californias and the skewers, I only eat that in general. Taste, quality and freshness, nothing to say, it's fresh, good and tasted! Compared to similar Japanese on Paris, it is more expensive, 10 to 15% are rents cheaper in the suburbs? The size of the makis... well they are about 5 to 8mm in less so we are more than 30% more expensive than on Paris. Otherwise recipe level is basic, and as often too much salmon and little tuna and please stop with your cooked tuna recipes... it's a sacrilege
It is undoubtedly one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area in my eyes. My husband and I command here about every two weeks, or even every week, because we really love this restaurant. The quality and freshness of Japanese cuisine are unmatched. Monsieur et Madame sans wasabi et sans gingembre
