ICI Steakhaus Bedburg

The food was great. The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, the sidedishes were tasty. The menu is extensive, but that didn't affect the quality of the food at all. The service, on the other hand, was not that good. After we got our drinks,...we noticed that we didn't ask for two of them. We asked the waitress to return these drinks and bring us the ones we ordered, but she refused and claimed that these drinks were what we asked for. We asked a second time and got ignored again. After we ordered our food (and the correct drinks), our salads arrived after about half an hour, but it took another hour before we got our meat and other side dishes. Not okay! All in all, I would recommend IC...

...if you fancy meat...and has been for nearly years, quality is consistently high, chef cooks the meat over charcoal BBQ to the point, prices are very reasonable, service is swift and efficient although you might to have wait a bit for your order when...it´s packed., open days/year (closed Ash Wednesday) pm am. Pleasant summer patio, bookings essential at weekends

Have been regulars here for a few years now. Have yet to find a better steak house. Delicious steaks and the salads are fantastic. All of the staff are excellent, very friendly and efficient. Extremely fairly priced and always busy. It is advisable to book...even in the week. Whenever we take friends and family they are always impressed. Thanks ICI!
