The first word that comes to me is “bluffed” from start to finish. To begin the welcome, I don't remember having had such a warm welcome in a Michelin-starred restaurant. We enter a small, dimly lit room, the fireplace facing only 4 relatively large tables. The great kindness of the director, the sommelier and the waiter accompanied our arrival with great professionalism and relaxation. We take Chardonnay from Thomas Studach as an aperitif, one of the greatest winemakers in Switzerland in my opinion, followed by a proposed menu at 178CHF to which we can add 3 surprise dishes at an additional 58CHF. we have lit in the last 12 months, last ende november 21, 5-6 times. we discovered it a few years back and have yet to find a better restaurant in Switzerland or even Europe for this occasion. the quality of the food is simply exceptional, somehow it gets better and better. the Sharing menu concept is amazing, always different every time we go, always bring new surprises. my partner is vegetarian while I'm not, but they manage to make it as seamless as possible, what is something they don't find on many others. everything is carefully arranged to enjoy a delicious composition of foods from beginning to end. silvio and his team are really master of fine eating! another highlight is the wein....

We were pampered to the fullest by Joel Ellenberger, Susanne Schneider and the entire kitchen/service team. The food was perfectly seasoned and the wine accompaniment was complemented with great care. The service was top class, very attentive, friendly and there was also time to joke. Please keep it up, I will definitely visit you again soon. Thank you for your great hospitality.
