Everything was absolutely delicious! Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and we ordered from the Wonka Menu. The only downside was that we were completely stuffed afterward because the food was incredible. The staff was very welcoming and engaging; they checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. It was a fantastic experience! We will definitely be back again.
The food was great! Our original server seemed to vanish for a while, but another waitress named Alyssa (not sure about the spelling) stepped in and took fantastic care of us. She was so kind and attentive. The manager also stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch. They really did a wonderful job, and I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
My husband and I visited this restaurant several years ago and really enjoyed it, but we noticed the service declined over time. Today, however, we decided to give it another try instead of going to IHOP, and we were so glad we did! The atmosphere was fantastic, the waitstaff was friendly, and the food was outstanding. We're really pleased we stopped by today!
I'm just a server here, but I've heard that this place struggled under previous management. However, with the new management team in place, things have really improved. Got breakfast here from curbside today. I waited 20 minutes before I finally got my food. The curbside spaces are only supposed to have a 15 minute max wait time. ???? My hot chocolate was almost half empty, and I received sweet tea instead of the unsweetthat I ordered. This was a very frustrating experience. I won't be back!
It took a long time for our food, but just because we needed gluten-free pancakes. Everything was very good BUT the bananas on the strawberry fruit Toast were very green. Make sure before you order this when they are ripe and do not contain them. Ew... Big cudos for gluten-free pancakes, tho! We enjoyed our visit.
Have completely given up on this place every time I've been there in the last year either no one sits us and we end up leaving are we have been told at the door there's only 1 cook so it'll be a 2 hour wait. There's always an excuse and the food is notgood will not be returning anytime soon
The food was just okay. I ordered the gingerbread hot chocolate which was TERRIBLE! I also ordered the pancake breakfast. My pancakes were cold but the other food was hot and good. The waitress did remove the gingerbread hot chocolate off the ticket. She was very sweet and service was fast. Book a table now
Could not order foods that had to be fried because they were changing the oil in the middle of a dinner shift. Not that it matters as the place always looks abandoned, even more so at night because of the lack of proper lighting. Food was decentotherwise, but slow service on a slow night.
