Hello, after eating at this restaurant 5 times over the last 2 years, I will say I have been dissatisfied each time. Each time I ordered to go. From burnt pancakes, missing items, wrong orders to me not being sure of what I was eating. The pancakes tasted like the box version of pancakes, I get from the grocery store. I was also given sour cream instead of butter. My poor husband had spread the sour cream all over his pancakes before realizing that it was not butter., our syrup was all over the bottom of the bag. I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday on June 25th. We ordered the strawberry and banana French toast, along with two 2x2x2 meals, which included bacon, eggs, and pancakes. We swapped the pancakes for the new minion banana pancakes. Everything we had was fantastic—fresh, hot, and delicious. We also tried the new blue raspberry splasher and wild berry splasher drinks, plus an orange juice; both splasher drinks were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly our server, Ginger, who provided some of the best service I've ever had at an IHOP.
Stopped in for brunch with my mother and daughter. The staff were friendly but wow has the food gone downhill. My mother and I both ordered a pancake combo with scrambled eggs and the eggs weren't done all the way. We ordered the blueberry pancakes. They were so flat- not the usual fluffy pancakes we are used to from IHOP. And they were so cold. The coffee was terrible. My daughter's bacon was flimsy and her food was cold as well. It was a total waste of $43.00
Walked in with family close to 7PM and were the only customers during that time.Still took a while for someone to emerge from the back/kitchen to greet and seat us.She turned out to be both the hostess and the server, and though she was friendly, but there was no service to speak of...guess Saturday night is not a family-friendly time.Missed appetizer that we ordered and never came to refill any drinks.Glad we were able to get appetizer removed from bill.

Waited 45 mins for a breakfast sampler to be told and shown by the waitress (ginger) a screenshot of her phone with all the to go orders that we’re clearly taking priority. I had no troubles with the waitress she was polite and sweet. The management is terrible and can’t prioritize the order of people in house gets orders first but when I was told it might be 15-20 more mins I politely walked out. Unacceptable. It’s breakfast not rocket science.
The food was excellent, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. My favorite items at IHOP have to be the crepes and the French toast. In the pictures, you can see my "create your own pancake" combo, where I opted for eggs cooked over hard and chose New York cheesecake pancakes instead of the regular buttermilk ones.
The dining area was 90% empty. The greeter refused to seat me at a table. She said there was only one server on duty. I asked if I could be seated, have coffee and wait. She repeated that there was one server on duty. I took it to mean, no. I thanked her and left. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to my meal. Maybe another time and place.....
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fruit, while my son had two pancakes and eggs. The chicken was juicy, and the fruit was delicious. My son really enjoyed the chocolate chip pancakes and mentioned that the eggs were tasty as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

I ordered the Pesto Omelette. The hash browns were somewhat cold, and the service was merely adequate. The location is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. As for vegetarian options, there are many available.
I ordered the three berry crepes, but there were no berries at all.
