Never again will I go here for this IHOP location. I came in with my family around 4pm as kids eat free. Once we came inside there was nobody eating and we were the first customers to dine. Waitress came and attended us. We showed her the minions promoon our phones and order for the kids (she never brought up any offers for kids eat free or minions promo) once we were done andask for our check. They charged us for everything including the kids food. Once spoke with the manager, she kept saying thatwaitress did Not see our kids as she wouldn 't know if the kids eat for free time as she 's busy with only 3 separate customersI guess it 's ALOT of work to deal with. At 2 AM, my husband was craving pancakes, so we headed to IHOP. When we arrived, a gentleman who was both cleaning tables and hosting greeted us. He was the most polite, courteous, and professional IHOP employee I’ve ever met. After we were seated, it took a little while for our server to arrive, which made my husband a bit impatient. But once she came over, it was well worth the wait. She was patient, composed, and very polite. She made my husband an excellent cappuccino and promptly brought our food. Although IHOP is open 24 hours, the service left much to be desired. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, yet it took about five minutes for someone to seat us. After being seated, it was another 10 to 15 minutes before anyone took our order. Once our food arrived, no one checked back to see if we wanted anything else, like coffee. When it was time to pay, we had to go near the kitchen to get someone’s attention. It felt like we could have left without paying, and no one would have noticed. The menu offered some decent options, but my spicy pepper jack melt burger was undercooked, and the buns could have used some toasting. Overall, the experience at IHOP did not meet expectations.
I absolutely love IHOP, but I really miss having a pot of coffee at the table. I hope they bring that back soon. Also, it would be great to see biscuits and gravy added to the menu. It doesn’t make sense to offer something that isn’t actually available. Why not include biscuits and gravy?

I got the Chicken and Waffles $16 for 4 tenders, 1 Belgium Waffle, small order of fries). Yes it was good, but there are better tenders for cheaper and the Belgium Waffle is decent. If the meal was $10 I would have given it 5 stars across the board.
IHOP never disappoints. I'm glad they have a location in the City of Paramount. The location is convenient, though parking can be a bit challenging. However, there's usually a parking space available since it's a shared lot with other businesses.
Good food but horrible customer service. I ordered two country fried steak and eggs but only got one because the server misunderstood. Noticed other servers asking the customers if they are doing okay but mine didn?t ask me anything.
Very busy location, first time here because Norwalk location is being renovated. Came on a Sunday around 10, waited 40 min to get a table. Employees were nice and attentive. Food was ok, my daughter said crepes did not taste good.

I give them a 4 star because there?s orange juice cup looks like a tea cup. There cup size is really small. The service is great. I just don?t like there beverages choice of cup size too small.
I've never eaten there the line is always too long. An hour for a breakfast wait is to long for IHOP. I'm sure the food is good. It's IHOP, the food is always good
