We must have gone to a bad time. Do not go to HOLIDAY!!! That was Father's Day! They were BUSY that we hardly saw our server, we got our food, I can't say it was all right, but we did. We had to stop him once he was over to refill us on drinks, and he didn't bring them back. Then we had to track him back to get our check, he never came to get the payment, so my daughter accepted that she had to wait outside in the long line to pay the bill after she waited 15-20, she was told that she didn't pay her bill there, she had to go back to the table and find the waiter and pay him. SOOO! She had to go back and ask someone to find her waiter so she could pay her bill. He came by a little. He had no...
Worst experience tonight. I went with my children at 11:15 hrs. happy that this situation is near us, as it is the only one around us that is open 24h. We were told on arrival that they were closed at midnight (but the bright sign above the door says 24h..? The kids and I were excited to try the special menu and 't planned to be there all night, so it was OK with us, Well, hard luck! We were told by the rude lady that the menu is NOT REACHING TO WORK!...??????? At this point we just left. I just passed by at 12:15 and although the open 24 hour sign is still illuminated over the door, the place is dark and the door is apparently locked. WTH?
We know that many restaurants are underused, but thanks to a wonderful customer centric crew manager and locally staff able to restore a lost order. Small Crew BIG results! They move as fast as the cook! Thanks to IHOP... also food good!??
Manager Carla F., gave me and my friends the best service we?ve ever had at a food place. She was very attentive and paid attention to detail with our orders and experience. An amazing worker who made our experience a 10/10
