Ihop - Table reservation

Today I am and a friend for the first customers at IHOP in North Augusta, as soon as we go through the door, this young lady named Aubrey welcomed us with a smile hallo as you do. She always picked up our order, was always aware that we were all right. Aubrey thanks for the dedicated customer service. Even if you are ever served in North Augusta stop from IHOP and by the best waitress in the city of Aubrey

We went to shift, so there was only one server that was still there (and it should get off) bc all night shift servers were late. Instead of having a bad attitude about staying too late, our server was friendly and got us everything we needed / wished. Great service, one that deserved a great tip and good food. Our bells are full and ready for a nap.

We waited to much for food. The place need to be more clean. Our waitress was very friendly, polite and gives nice attention, 5 stars for hers. And another big detail; they don’t have high chair or baby sit, I ask for and they told me they don’t have.

For short staff my server mike did not show it. Mike went beyond and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and comfortably. The omelet I ordered was delicious. Thanks to Mike, for your excellent customer service and your positive attitude.

Good friendly service, good food, restroom needed some attention otherwise clean restaurant.
