If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I called several times, but no one picked up. I finally received my to-go order, and, naturally, it was incorrect. All the IHOPs in the Bowie and Crofton areas are consistently disappointing. I ordered the cupcake pancakes recently because I love them with the complementary frosting and whipped cream, yet both were missing from my order. If you're not going to make an effort to provide customers with what they've paid for, to-go orders shouldn’t even be an option.
There's no one at the front door to greet you. They're always gathered in the back, just outside the kitchen. They're not sure what table they're assigned to, and they will walk past you continuously until you stop someone for assistance. The food comes takes a while to come out, and this was with the store only about half full. The food did come out correctly and nice and hot.
i love this place. The are known for their pancakes, but I tried the eggs benedict. My boyfriend had the strawberry waffle and they were both delicious. The staff is very attentive and the food was delivered quickly. We moved in the neighborhood down the street and have been coming every week.
Overall, everything was great, except for the French fries that came with the BLT. While they were cooked perfectly, they were excessively salty, making them nearly inedible. A lighter touch with the salt would be appreciated. Thank you! Book a table now

I tried the new Nashville hot chicken waffle. The waffle was decent, but the chicken was dry and didn't taste good at all.
The food is tasty, but they consistently forget something in my order, which is quite frustrating!
