I called to place a to-go order, and the gentleman who took my order was polite and friendly. However, when I called to pick it up, the young woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice and insisted that I had to come in to get my order. It wouldn't have been an issue if she had a better attitude. I’m spending my hard-earned money, and she should have realized that a good tip could have been in her future. Today is probably the last day we will ever go to the ihop at the university in little rock. we have been there for years because we have a great regular waitress called suzanne. today there was no parking, so parked in the curb-side delivery site. a very big female hired came out and told us rude to move us. when we said there is nowhere else to park so that we would not be able to come to dinner this morning, she said very loud and in a very rude ton said: "I don't care. you can go." we also have. and have a fantastic breakfast on the road at boulevard bistro and in the bar. that IHOP staff on Sunday needs 10/30/22 work: 945 they probably treat other customers on this wise. it will not aff...
We came into the restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday to dine in. We were told if we ate in we would be put out at 10pm because he, the manager, try to keep his employees on a schedule to get off at exactly 10pm. We were given our food to go and 9:25pm. We sat in the parking lot and ate our food because we were traveling. We finished eating and the kids went inside to restroom at 940pm. Why could we have not eaten at the table? This is totally unsatisfactory I am very unhappy. I asked for blueberry French without powdered sugar. But I received powdered sugar. I am very unhappy. Kids eating syrupy food in my auto. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us $17 for drinks we never received, including a cup of coffee that never arrived and three glasses of iced drinks, which were also incorrect each time. This all happened even though there were hardly any other customers in the restaurant. It was completely absurd and incredibly disappointing. I don’t think I will ever return to this location again.

This is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time of the day. I found the seasoning to be a bit too strong for my liking, but the rest of my party enjoyed it. The food was tasty once I added some salt. The restaurant is clean and offers plenty of seating.

I took my son for his annual check-up early in the morning, and afterward, he wanted pancakes, so we decided to go to IHOP. The waitress was fantastic, and the pancakes were delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Our food took 45 minutes without hotcakes. When they finally came 20 minutes later, they were cold. The manager on Sundays is unorganized and rude. If you get a good server, you might leave satisfied.
I'm not sure if I had the best experience. I heard a lot of complaints about the service and the orders. I ordered some eggs, and I was a bit worried when I saw so much liquid on top of them.
