While we were waiting, another customer who was already seated came over to chat with us, but he appeared to be under the influence. The manager, John, then ordered security to escort him out of the establishment. It was shocking to witness such unprofessional behavior, especially when the young man was treated roughly by the staff.
Afterward, we checked on the customer to make sure he was alright, and he informed us that he had been told he could return to the restaurant. However, when he attempted to pay for his tab outside, security seemed to pester him further.

Our greeter had the most genuine wonderful smile attitude, I felt happy just sitting at my table. Service was prompt, waiter was great, attentive but not intrusive. Food was exactly as ordered and delicious. Even sitting right behind a table with a screaming infant and a toddler who kicked the back of my booth the entire time, I still left with a smile.
Idrees is incredible! His energy is truly unmatched, and he absolutely deserves a raise—whatever he's earning, it's not enough. He’s a fantastic server and made my experience enjoyable. I can't wait to return and see him again. And by the way, the food was quite delicious too!

I recently visited the IHOP in the New England area for the first time, and the experience was different from what I expected. The food didn't taste as good as it used to, and the waiter brought me the wrong order.
5-15-22. Food was good minus the bad Body Oder from the kid that sat us. And he kept walking by our table. That needs to be checked when you work in the food industry.
Went here with my significant partner for breakfast and had a great waiter with a great vibe. Service was great and the vibe too. Food is amazing as always.

The pumpkin spice pancakes were absolutely delicious! They also offered unlimited coffee refills. The staff was very friendly!
The breakfast was fantastic, but I have to mention that the coffee was disappointing. Just my two cents!
