I forgot, for once, why our family stopped going to IHOP. Especially this location. Completely dirty, straw paper and black specks floating in our waters.... all... three... waters. How the server could not tell, I will never know. The place smelled horrible. The food was just awful. They had to make my over medium eggs 3 times because they kept making it over easy. My daughter's biscuit was dry and crumbled. It was just terrible. It sucks because I grew up on this place.
It took forever to get our food. We actually had to have someone check on our food (this was not our waitress). She was nowhere to be found. We were there almost an hour before we got our food. There were at least 6 waitresses working. Only saw one waitress smile the whole time we were there. I guess they are a very unhappy group. Won’t go there again.
I arrived at the restaurant and was told by 2 different employees that they would be right with me which didn't happen! I was finally seated at a table that wasn't stable at all in fact the wobble of the table was so bad it was the last straw and I left! Terrible customer service
After waiting more than 5 min to get checked in I twice had to track down someone to put us on the wait list. Once on the list we were told to wait 10 min. After several minutes observing the non-flow of customers we left.
