I have not only worked at IHOP but in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years. So I understand favoritism with certain people/guests. But this was ridiculous. We checked in as a family of 3. Were told 10-15, that?s totally fine. 10 minuteslater another family of three comes in and checks in. The guest asked the host how long (in spanish) the host then looked at meand replied they were here first but they can wait I?ll get you seated now. I am from New Mexico. I have a light skin tone but Ido know Spanish. Had the host not made eye contact with me and then said that in Spanish just assuming I wouldn?t understand Iwouldn?t have been as upset. Totally don?t recommend going to this iHop. I went to eat with my boyfriend a brunch there last thursday and I got a huge stomach pain after done with my food. I ended up being in the ER and throwing up multiple times. My bf got the same thing thefollowing day and was going through the same thing. This restaurant has unhealthy food served and leads to food poisoning. Don?tgo if you have other options, think twice for you own health.
Well to start, this Ihop is the best, even though I work there I love my job and the people who support me, I really aprecciate my managers for helping during this thanksgiving week cuz I was doing it by myself. I love how everyone cares about me andsupporting me emotionally without them I will just be some random girl who gets yelled at from people in the front for not beingpatient.
Some people say that IHOP isn't great, but I really enjoy it for what it is. It's a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food! Do I sometimes indulge a bit too much? Perhaps... But I always love trying new dishes at IHOP, and I've never been let down. Their milkshakes are fantastic!

Staff was very positive and helpful with making recommendation. The establishment was not really busy and there was no wait for a table. The food was very fresh. After we placed our order our wait was very short for our food. The establishment was cleanand well lit.
I ordered the 55+ 2X2 blueberry ricotta pancakes. It was okay. The ricotta came on the side, which is what is pictured smeared onto the pancakes. I did not eat the eggs because I asked for scrambled, and they sent fried eggs...I dont eat fried eggs.
Once again a great breakfast food was hot and grits were perfect compared to yesterdays experience at Dulles this is the reason I keep coming back to this location, it?s consistently good even the coffee tasted better. Keep up the good work guys
The staff are very friendly. Every morning after work, I place my order at the front counter, and they accurately enter it into the computer and are always pleasant. The food is prepared correctly and promptly.

The strawberries and cream crepes were incredible! They were packaged perfectly, keeping them from getting soggy during delivery. The potato pancakes were also crispy and delicious!
