I placed an order for pick up via phone on a Saturday. I ordered 3 meals. Two meals were the exact same. I was told 25 minutes before I could pick up. I arrived and was told my food was being packaged. 20 minutes later, still no food. I asked a different person about my order, and he checked and said they are cooking it now. I was confused because I was told 20 minutes earlier that it was being packed up for me. Who I assumed to be the manager came up and asked if I had been helped. I replied yes and no. I told him I placed an order over an hour ago and still had not received my food. He asked if I had paid, and I said not yet. He said he would take 20% off my meal.That was a nice gesture. I...
I understand that when people think of Compton, they may have preconceived notions about the area. However, this IHOP is a solid establishment and I encourage others to give it a try. The customer service has been consistently outstanding and the food is also excellent. They are open 24 hours, so if you find yourself in need of a late-night meal in Compton, I suggest stopping by. They even offer protein pancakes and healthy meal options for those looking for a pre or post-workout meal.

I'm not one to complain but seriously the service at this location is horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. Our waitress was Arianna C. She took our order brought our food along with receipt and never came back to check on us. We literallyhad to ask other waiters to call her for us of course she never came, when we got tired of waiting I asked a random employeeto charge us because we had at that point been waiting for over 20mins without being helped. Save yourself some time and avoid aheadache just go to a different location.
The manager at this restaurant is extremely incompetent. There is a promotion where if you buy a $50 gift card, you receive a $5 card as well. However, the manager tried to keep the extra $5 card for himself, claiming that the computer was not working. He then put the $5 coupons to the side for his own benefit.

We went to IHOP for dinner but we were told that they specialize on breakfast not a good answer the food was not good coffee was cold we ask for fresh coffee but never made it over and service not good not a good for dinner. I shouldn't give a star butthis is the only way I was able to rate this place
Never coming back here again walked outside from having disgusting breakfast that tasted awful to having Drug addicts and Thugs looking at me as I ran to my vehicle, fearing for my safety!
Went for a quick bite to eat with family it wasn't crowded but we had to wait and then our sides were awful. I'm not sure if we will be returning
I absolutely adore their takeout packaging. The separate compartments ensure that each item stays fresh and distinct.
