I'm unsure how I ended up at this exact IHop when there are plenty closer to my home however I was not disappointed. The parking lot was small as it was a shared lot with other businesses yet finding a park was pretty easy. From the outside itappeared it would be a wait because the parking lot was full, the moment we walked inside, my family of 5 were greeted andseated right away. This was the worst visit I 've experienced. My grandson did not like the protein pancakes. My steak was good but the hash browns were a little burnt. My waitress was awful. She was so busy trying to get orders under her name, she overlooked my table. Shekept walking back and forth past our table and never checked on my order. I had to ask her Can we get our food? Then I had toask for utensils. When she brought our food, she never asked if we need anything else to drink. While she was busy going backand forth, she never addressed us. I did ask for to-go containers but she only brought two and I needed three. I asked for mybill but she had the Hostess bring it to me. When I went to pay my bill...
Not sure about her name and the young black man! but she is light skin with the Dread Locks she was so sweet and respectful if she is not a manager, I think she deserves a raise with a promotion package! I ordered online for pickup and forget to choose cheese on my eggs!!!! She supported me and wasn't rude or evil about her having me with a smile in the world in which we live today, the average person would have been evil on me who are ever thankful! They made my wife and I wonderful tomorrow!!! I can't wait to visit again!!!!
There are two IHOP's near me and this is for sure my preferred location. They make an excellent omelette, food comes quick and hot. I always ask for avocado on my spinach/ mushroom omelette, stating I'll pay extra and they actually placed it on top of my omelette like I asked and not just a tiny piece of avocado (like the other IHOP). They gave me what I was paying extra for. When I'm craving a good omelette with 1 pancake, two crispy bacon and crispy hash browns ...this is the spot! Servers are wonderful as well.

Worse Ihop Ever. Service was terrible and after we said something, we were asked to come another day. A few days later, we expected something else, and we waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order. The manager who said he'd take care of us personally never show up on our return and we'll never go back. I love him and go to others, but not to this.
IHOP is our Sunday spot! The food may be a 'franchise ' but it 's the Management and Wait Staff that makeour morning breakfasts better! We never have a problem and if we do, it 's take care of right away. I have also had to pick up DoorDash from here and they are on point as well.

the restaurant itself looked like it needed a deep cleaning. the server was friendly and can take our order immediately. I had to ask the server to reheat.
