Their waitress Anna has the worst customer service skills I have literally ever seen. She gave my wife a glass of water with some debris floating in it, and gave a deep sigh when told about it. Then continued to ignore our group for the next 20 minutes, servicing others that came in After we did with food and drinks before even coming to ask us what we wanted to drink. I literally had to call her over to even Get a drink. My oldest daughter and I came to IHOP for breakfast. We both enjoyed our food so much!! We have gluten allergies, and were so happy with the gluten-free pancakes and waffles. What?s great is that our waitress noticed our possible dietary restriction. Sowhen we also ordered an omelette, she let us know that omelettes normally have flour to make them more fluffy. She asked if wewanted cracked eggs instead. Thank you for noticing!! We appreciate it. The only thing that would take the experience to thenext level: get stevia packets as an option for coffee. But it wasn?t a big deal, we loved our experience regardless. Thank you!

The service I experienced here was great. The server was quick friendly and checked in on us many times. The food was made well and to order. Their actual supply of food was a little lacking and limited what could be ordered but wasn't a big issue forus. However this restaurant needs to take a day or two and close its doors and deep clean the entire restaurant. There is avery thick noticeable layer of dust on the ledges the lamps that hang over the tables you eat at everywhere. The bathrooms tooneeded a deep cleanning. It's very obvious this place is lacking in its care to keep things clean.
We stopped here while traveling and it was not terribly busy. My husband got the pablano omelet and I had the pancake combo with blueberry pancakes. My breakfast was awesome I loved it. I tasted my husband's omelet and, if it had been me who orderedit, I would have sent it back. There were green bell peppers and jalapeños but no sign of pablanos. Don't get me wrong, itwas a good omelette but, just not as advertised.
Awesome waitress. The food was okay. My breakfast burrito could've been a bit warmer. Seemed like maybe it has been sitting for awhile before it came out. The pancakes were slightly over cooked, very dark on one side. Overall it was decent and fairly good prices too
Extremely disappointing; the place was unclean and neglected. The menu had very few options, and the food was so unappetizing that we ended up leaving it untouched on our plates.

I had the appetizer chicken Cascadia at IHOP, and I also sampled their Gingersnap holiday hot chocolate. Both items from the menu were delicious.
