On Easter morning, went into the IHOP. Looking over the menu I seen that they had gluten free pancakes/waffles. That made me happy...that was until I got my pancakes. Grainy and flavorless. Very disappointed. A few weeks later I took a friends mom to the IHOP in West Olympia. Was discussing what happened at the Martin way IHOP. The waitress said they really do taste good. She was not mistaken. Absolutely wonderful. I would think they get their items from the same place but maybe I am mistaken. I hope Martin way talks to West Olympia to see what they are doing.
It was getting busy at 0615 in the morning on a Thursday. And there was only one woman working the door and tables, ‘Ellen”. She was a trooper. Every trip she made out on the kitchen she had her hands full and would drop something off at each table she passed. I have never seen such an organized solo waitress in my 58 years. I had the Chicken Fajita Omelette. OMG it had was packed with chicken, poblano and bell peppers, roasted onions and cedar cheese. And it was on top as well. Came with salsa, sour cream and a grilled Serrano pepper. Dare ya to bite that.
Our visit to the restaurant was very pleasant. We were seated promptly and our food was delicious and served promptly. What truly made our experience exceptional was our wonderful waitress. She was exceptional, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Our visit was made even more enjoyable because of her. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
Shianne went above and beyond! We were greeted at the door immediately sat even though it was busy. Then when a couple minutes passed she came back and said they were busy and proceeded to serve us! Great customer service, by far the cleanest, and best smelling IHOP or any chain diner I’ve been in. And the food was cooked perfectly. This is by far the best IHOP I have been too.

Iv noticed since the pandemic a lot of restaurants have fallen short on everything, quality, portions, and service, and IHOP is one. Salsa tasted bad, pancakes not good, and the service was horrible almost walked out without paying because they didn't come back to our table with bill, also ask another waitress for a box and she walk back by twice and no box or conversation.
We arrived at this restaurant early in the morning right when it opened. The coffee and food were delicious. The waitress was very friendly and seemed to know the menu well. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The only downside was that we wished the Hash Browns had been a bit crispier. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience.
Arrived in middle of lunch service. Was promptly greeted and seated. Server had a big smile and greeted us. We placed our order and it wasn't very long after, our food showed up properly prepared. My pancake was cold. When i addressed this, i was given an obvious microwaved one. NOT ACCEPTABLE . Our server was great as were the wait staff. Very polite and personable and patient with our constant questions. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions over the past year and I have never had a negative experience. Every breakfast dish I have tried has been consistently high quality. The chocolate chocolate chip pancakes are a personal favorite.
