Our entire order was messed up. We ordered online, and when we arrived, there was still a 30-minute wait. I received only one hashbrown instead of two and completely ran out of sausage links; I was supposed to get four. Additionally, we ordered the classic burger with bacon, specifying no lettuce, no onion, and no sauce, but what we got was a regular cheeseburger with just tomato and sauce. Everything about this order was incorrect, and we are extremely disappointed.
I ordered curly pickup, came there a few minutes after the scheduled time and called to let her that I was there. 10 minutes later and nothing so I called again and they brought it out. When I got him, I had to cook the speck again. it looked white and undercooked. I ordered the hash-brown-extra-crisis and they were also underused. not even brown, only a light gold in a small part and the rest looked like they only heated it in a microshaft. very disappointed
The service has gone down drastically. We asked for a cup of water when we ordered, when they brought the food and when I had to ask her again. They talked about my brother asking for sourdough instead of whole wheat bread close to us, just enough for us to hear them. I understand they didn't have many servers/ help but at least come by once in a while and tell us, we are running behind or can I get you a refill or a hi. None of that happened. Oh well.
What's up with the service at this location? Who is in charge of staffing? Why is there only ONE server during the night? After not going to this location in over two years, nothing has changed. It's 8pm and there's one server. We were sat down with menusand NOBODY came to the table in the 15 minutes we were there. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID this location at all costs unless you want towait around with poor service all night. Book a table now
Our server Evalina? Was great, she was very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the food itself wasn't up to par as you would expect from an IHOP (we've been to more than a handful). It wasn't busy so it can't be a result of a busy kitchen but it was definitely bland. I tried my daughter's food and my mother's and theirs was as bland as ours. And to top it off it wasn't as hot as it usually is. Too bad
The menu and food are reliable and consistent, and have remained so despite the pandemic and IHOP has good variety. The staff is friendly and efficient and I can either get in and out quickly or I can linger a bit and read with coffee in hand until I finish an article and am ready to move on. I appreciate IHOP.
I was quite disappointed by the service when we arrived, as we were ignored while two other guests, who were rather rude, were attended to first. It felt as though we were invisible, and the staff prioritized helping someone who arrived after us instead, completely overlooking us.
The menu at IHOP is reliable and consistent, offering a good variety even amidst the challenges of the pandemic. The staff is friendly and efficient, allowing for a quick visit or leisure time with coffee in hand while I finish an article. Overall, IHOP is a great choice. Book a table now
