The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered eggs benedict, which was just okay. I observed the waitress take my food out of the heating lamps and leave it sitting on the line. She brought out my food and my son's, but not my dad's. My food sat on the line for 5 minutes before she brought it to me, and it took another 5 minutes for my dad's food to arrive after my son and I had already received our meals. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, my water glass was empty and the waitress walked past us 4 or 5 times without replenishing it. On September 1, 2024, around 8:15 am, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite there being only two other customers in the dining area, we were not attended to promptly. A young woman told us she would be with us shortly, but instead, she went to the back and started texting on her phone. We decided to seat ourselves after waiting for a while. The cook came out and mentioned we should wait to be seated, as he was the only one working. We have had slow service in the past when the restaurant was busy, but this time we decided to leave without eating. It seems like there was a lack of management presence, and we will not be returning. I will share this experience with others...
Have not eaten at IHOP in awhile, and it could be awhile before we return. Alto the food was not horrible, the time wait for food was. Not sure what was going on, place was not packed, plenty of waiters, but talking over a hour to get food after ordered was ridiculous. The waitress even apologized a couple of times, stating she didn't know why it was taking so long. The waitress kept our coffee cups full, was friendly, and very apologetic. The place looked clean, if anything a little run down.
I do not recommend dining at this restaurant. The food was terrible and took a long time to come out. The waiter brought out incomplete drinks and the food was undercooked. I ordered a hash brown but received fries instead. The service was rude and our large family was crowded at a small table. The carpet was dirty and sticky. After eating here, I had stomach pains and everything was just gross. I will never return to this restaurant and can guarantee that.

Then the waitress wanted a 20% tip On top of that.. Yes I gave her a tip. Just keep an eye on your ticket.. I won't go back to I hop To expensive for what you're getting
There was one employee in the front of the restaurant. He was seating guests, bussing tables and serving. He did a great job considering he was on his own. Very polite and did not complain or seem rushed. Once ordered, the food came out quickly and was good. He did a very good job of being attentive to all the customers. (I think he said his name was Corey).
The food was good, but the service was not to good, the server did not seem to care about anything, they did not check on our table after getting the drinks, when we where done a while after eating we had to track someone down and ask for a check. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting, we went to target to use their restroom.
Def do not recommend. They comment on reviews and try to sound sympathetic, but they obviously don’t care because nothing has changed. Look at the amount of terrible reviews, and this place is still terrible

I like the food I got! However it took so long for the food to be served. The place is cute. Love the experience.
Hard to imagine why this place was empty when we arrived at 5:00pm. Food and service were excellent!
