The restaurant floor was greasy, and when we arrived at 9 PM, the waitress informed us that they were out of coffee. I opted for iced tea, but it tasted old and stale. When our food arrived, there were mistakes with the sides for everyone. We all ordered the same pancake combo, but mine had pancakes the size of a child’s. Instead of addressing the issue, they tried to gaslight us, even though everyone else received properly-sized pancakes. I also had to scrape off the ricotta topping because it tasted like burnt plastic. When the bill came, we were charged full price for the kids' drinks—$5 each for small cups of milk. I won't return to this location.
Pretty solid location and customer service. Our party got a whole gamut of pancakes and omelets. There was a slight mix up in our order, and our waitress let us keep the extra entree for free. The food was all delicious, but I would have preferred it to be a little warmer. The price is good for what you get, but here are some tips: avoid the drinks and sides, they tend to be overpriced. get a pancake entree *on the side* with an omelet, as opposed to by itself. I think most omelets come with pancakes, so you'd essentially save the price of an entree Good spot for a family brunch! 7
The restaurant has a convenient waitlist feature that texts you while you wait, and the Yelp app lets you know how many people are ahead of you. Once our table was ready, our drinks arrived quickly, and the coffee came in a mini pot for easy refills. Our burger and breakfast dishes were served promptly. I ordered pancakes, which were at room temperature but still tasty. I did need to ask for butter and syrup, as those are no longer provided on the table, although ketchup and salt/pepper are available. Overall, it was a good experience with tasty food at a reasonable price.
The food was tasty, but it took quite a while to arrive. I visited around 2:00 PM on a Sunday, and it took almost an hour for our meals to come out. However, our waitress was excellent—very considerate, helpful, and quick. She did her best to ensure we were taken care of, even when it seemed like there was no one cooking in the kitchen for a while. We were ready to leave, but she made sure we were alright.

If you are up to a classic american breakfast this is your place. The bacon is crunchy and their omelettes are awesome, specially the one with steak. The only downside is that the place is not too big and can be a wait list is approximately 30 minutes. Recommend taking this into consideration
I had a fantastic breakfast-for-dinner experience with my friends at this IHOP, thanks to our wonderful and attentive server, Avery. She took our orders perfectly, conducted herself with professionalism, and brought such a cheerful energy to our visit. Thank you, Avery!
The breakfast was tasty, but the service was extremely slow. The server got my mom's order wrong because they couldn't hear her properly. We only went back a second time because it was Christmas and there were no other options available.
On June 12, 2022, I revisited this restaurant for a quick breakfast and was impressed by the service. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back, especially for their pancakes.
