When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. I enjoyed sitting with some regulars who shared stories about the place. The food was excellent, and the waitress was incredibly kind and patient.
The waitress was great... get me water for my dog and the cook prepared eggs Benedict, which wasn't on the menu. Very nice people when I needed a break from a cruel road. Give them more money and honor.
We had the best Happy Hour Breakfast (3-5) ever! The portions were big and the service was great. We always make sure to stop by on our frequent trips to Lubbock and Odessa.
