Didn’t even get the chance to get a table. We stood at the host podium for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. The waiters were standing there doing nothing and the cooks in the back were chatting one saw us and failed to mention to anyone they were talking with that they had customers. Tables that had served people were still dirty and trash everywhere. If it were due to being understaffed you wouldn’t see so many employees just standing around. We were excited about an IHop being so close, but this location definitely won’t last.

Got a table right away with a big friendly welcoming smile. Food came in 10 mins with a big smile I think her name with Bettey. I got Steak philly sandwich n fries it was hot n melted cheese perfect n crispy fries. N my husband's white egg Omelet and pancakes was nice and hot and delicious. Coffee was hot n fresh. Server checked on us a few times refreshing our drinks n making sure everything was OK. Never been here n I'd come back again for sure...if I can give more than 5 stars I would!!

The food is alright like any other ihop nothing extraordinary. I have them two stars because of service. They can improve a lot. We got there and they sat us down and it was about 10-15 minutes and no one had come to our table to ask us atleast what we would like to drink. There was a nice lady at the next table cleaning it and heard that we were unhappy and went to get someone. This is the only reason they came to us. The waitress was really nice and kept checking on us.

The meal on site cost almost triple what the price would have been if I just picked up. $24 for a short stack, eggs, hash brown, toast, and ice tea is insane. Especially since I didn't ask for my combo with the hash brown and they charged me $4 for two slices of store bought garbage toast.
