Besides the nice waitress who was friendly and gave good service I had a few problems. There was a hair in my food which I included a photo. Also the bathrooms had water all over the floor like one of the toilets was overflowing? My son who is 3 years old slipped and fell on it so I feel like the staff does not care about customers safety at all! Avoid this place because I will never come back to this IHOP ever again!
Place was unclean. Short staffed. Food on the floor/grease/paper the Pancakes were good but the eggs tasted bad/chalky and bacon was not good/fatty. The server didn?t notice the huge hair in the toast when she served it. I was glad she was quick to bring the check so we could leave. I won?t go back to any IHOP after this. We felt gross a few hours after we left from the grease we ate.
The food is delicious at IHOP, especially the pancakes. The wait was long due to the restaurant being understaffed but the staff was courteous and did a good job of moving the crowd along. Our waitress was so impressive by remembering our entire order, including customized requests, and there were no errors in anything we ordered!
My first time at every IHOP in my whole life. Not as bad as I thought it was a chain restaurant. The waiter was really welcoming and had a warm presence over him. Definitely felt like he was serving family. I was hanged in hell, but it was an unexpected experience.
