I?ve been coming to this particular IHop for about 8 years, loved this place swear I never went to another. But I admit I haven?t been in about a year, so I?m unsure of what happen to this place. Maybe IHOP isn?t the IT place to eat anymore. Enoughrambling, I went into ihop Sunday Oct. 29 with my 3 sons. Place was pretty empty. The man at the front looked annoyedimmediately. He never greeted us just ignored us. A few minutes later a young girl walks over? same thing. Like we aren?t eventhere. A line builds. 3 families behind me. We didn't even get out of our car. The outside of the restaurant looks neglected and rundown—so much that we thought it might be closed for good. A plastic cover held up by a paint ribbon blocks a large window, and the paint is peeling off the walls. It really ought to be renovated. It used to resemble an IHOP but is now in a poor condition. It's unfortunate for the brand that one of their locations appears to be in such disrepair.
Wow, I really wish this IHOP was in Allentown! The food was amazing, but I noticed that prices have really gone up since COVID. I ordered the strawberry cream crepes, which were under $11, while my friend got the Colorado Omelette for $16. It's surprising to see such high prices for breakfast at a chain restaurant. When will we ever return to normal pricing, or is that day behind us?
This restaurant is a fantastic spot with a friendly hostess and waitress, as well as delicious food. The staff were very polite, making it a truly family-friendly environment. Although the exterior could use a bit of upkeep, I really love this place. My only disappointment was the lack of a variety of syrup flavors. Other than that, it's a great breakfast spot for a quick bite!

Table 13 Sep 15 between 11AM and 1130AM Terrible service, never got our drinks, crepes were cold, Mac and cheese was cold as well. When we mentioned not getting our drinks, waitress simply said she?d will take off the bill, without apologizing or askingif we still wanted them, by the way my drink was simply a glass of water. Never felt good about not leaving a tip.
Great place friendly hostess and waitress as well as good food they where very polite. It?s definitely a very family warming place although the outside is a little under kept I love this place. Only disappointment was they didn?t have there signaturedifferent flavors of syrup. Other wise a really good breakfast place for a quick bite!
My husband took me and our son out for breakfast and I'm glad he did, family time is important, and well deserved,, we went to the IHOP in Ardmore and the food was delicious,, and the waitress which i forgot her name I apologize , she was fast nice andknowledgeable excellent service, i would definantely go there again .
The service was rather unsatisfactory; I waited 20 minutes and had to ask for silverware because they only gave plastic utensils. I also had to ask for syrup, salt, and pepper. While I know this isn't a high-end restaurant, there's definitely potential for improvement. Just saying.

My waitress was very efficient with our orders. She made the best Hazelnut Hot Chocolate with whipped cream. The food was hot and delicious. We did not have to wait long to be seated or served. The staff works wonderfully with each other.
This establishment was exceptionally clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive to our needs. I left feeling that I had received great value for both my time and money.
