Actually, C could have been a real chance for Ikea. Instead, Ikea is losing countless customers through extremely poor service and inaccessibility for problems. About 4 months ago, we put together a cabinet on the Platsa Planer. When ordering, we noticed that 2 carps and 16 doors were currently not available. With much effort we found the chat and we were told that the doors were available in mid-March, the corpusse already in February. Well, so we ordered 99€ for delivery and apparently had too much confidence. The delivery, after all a whole Euro palette, came in the evening hours with 6 hours delay. Two worked men who had traveled countless kilometers the day were friendly and exhausted....

we like to drive and often to IKEA my wife likes to buy there and enjoys shopping there so far I have always been with and everything was fine. We have ordered and paid online, my wife only needed the packages to pick up 3 shelves. insg. Material packages of more than 50 KG. Service and helpfulness are no longer available at IKEA, because we are there for you!! My wife is a petty person and also over 60 J.. In the issue of goods, they did not help her. Staff for this, they even had to advise my wife's wickedness, they should ask other customers if they can help her. Very friendly, great service, so fast and often IKEA will not see us again for such an underground service sin 2 stars even too...

Unfriendly at the entrance, 24h Corona test had expired 2h, making even probably only 1x weekly a test! What do you do when the test is in Ikea? Do you have to get out? Common sense misdisplay. The statement that Unna would have that before will probably vote, but that a test on the previous day is not enough, somewhere else (airport etc., up to 72h, this leads itself ad absurdum. Compared to Dehner, you need no more than mask, not even give contact details, just hold a mask! There has been more than two measurements in the same circle. Ikea should resist so much nonsense. They don't. 0 stars don't go.

There was no way to interrupt the announcement to get to my branch's info desk faster. When I finally waited out so far that I could get an advisor to the phone, I was hanged into a waiting loop with music without getting info as long as it would probably last until I had a customer service consultant on the phone. After 10 minutes I set up to try again later. This time I chose other keywords but had the same result, namely that I ended up in the main menu. Then I gave up completely denerded. After this experience, I would like to award 0 stars. Unfortunately, this possibility does not exist. Book a table now

Bad. Exchange of 4 Billy Boards not possible because Kassenbon lost. According to Hotline, exchange into a different size is possible if no payment is required. I didn't want to do that, just the right size. Would be undamaged and original packed. Unfair and absolutely unculant! I gave it to the house now that I didn't want to dispose of it. That's why they thanked Sarkasmus-Triefing, so Hohn was upstairs. The argument was that I could steal the boards in the Self-Scannerkasse. Honestly, that's too much. Almost like a guilt.

Was shopping today, put the car in front of the door, wanted to go back to the toilet, then comes a young man, screaming hello. I didn't feel addressed. Then he pushes himself into the area where I go, the door stops, I almost break. He tells me, come on, take the car away. I'm answering: I have to go to the bathroom. He's coming, taking cars away. He says I'll wait here. I'm coming back, he's still there if he took the car, or what's that man paying for? Very unfriendly, I felt like a heavy criminal.

Too bad, a rotten apple breaks the whole experience. Sabine G. a reddish cofziger with curvy hair, has not yet heard of deescalation and good feeling. There are people who simply do not belong to customer contact anymore, I understand it at the age and the more the day as the ignition cable is already shorter the concentration and focus on other things. You can't be so stressed at age. But don't let the customer. A use of the customers is certainly possible.

Ikea is very great, most likely to live there: The furniture is always perfectly positioned and sophisticated, I find it recommended! Also that there is a play for children I love! And if you want to take a break, you go up to the canteen and eat it also tastes! Review is that it is sometimes dusty. Book a table now
