Hello, a big thank you to the kindness of the after-sales service team who saved me.. a most remarkable woman who tried to assemble my chandelier as well as her pretty male colleague who in a few minutes put the thing together well done It changes things young so-called unfriendly sales advisors who seem to be bothering (dummies.. what a shame for Ikea.. in the meantime well done for the after-sales service team
