Terrible returns waiting time. Only one staff at six counters! Staff moved slowly with no sense of urgency nor did they seem to prioritise waiting customers. Also terribly unfriendly! The Edinburgh store is much more pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t believe the difference in service and attitudes!
Great place! If you can imagine it, this place most probably has it. I also particularly like the way they have their bedroom setups arranged they are so true to life!
Nice displays of their furniture set up in mock rooms. Sadly you appear not to be able escape until you've walked through all the seasonally times. Avoid the hotdogs
Watch out for the lift! I mean who needs a defibrillator when you can just press for the lift, the shock it gives you right up your arm!
