I've been visiting this restaurant for five years, but I've recently stopped due to some changes. While their service was never outstanding, the food quality used to be consistently average to above average. However, I've heard disturbing rumors about their kitchen cleanliness from plumbers who have worked there and coworkers who have passed by the back entrance. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today I saw an older gentleman, who seems to spend a lot of time there, handling my bagel with his bare hands. My coworkers had warned me about this for the same reason. I don't mean to be harsh, but he doesn't appear to have the best hygiene. Fortunately, a lady cooked my meal, but...
This review is related solely to the operations of the business. I ordered the “hungry man” one morning and enjoyed my food. Planned on returning and ordered the same sandwich. I was charged a larger price for the same sandwich than I had paid a day prior. This is also not the first incident where this has occurred. I don’t respect the unethical practices demonstrated by IKEs employees regardless of the mistake being intentional or not. I will not go back to a bagel spot who’s prices fluctuate depending on who’s ringing me up when I pay… slimy
Excellent coffee bar area and great selection of breakfast/brunch! They have healthy and gluten free options available. Everything is fresh. Kids love the colored bagels. They have indoor and outdoor seating with TV and newspapers if you want to enjoy your food/coffee there.
I should have known the bagels were not good. When I saw them cleaning their smelly bathroom with strong chemicals right next to the bagels.The onion bagel I got was stale and dried out. I was wondering why the man was take time choosing which onion bagel to give me.

Small place but has that old time family feel. Came here several morning me and my family were in town and everything we got was great! The variety and value absolutely amazing!
The guy who works the register just really need to be wearing and clean clothes and a little bit more happy. He needs to remember that he’s in the service business.
The bagels and sandwiches here are absolutely fantastic. The seating options, both indoors and outdoors, are quite nice. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing breakfast sandwich!! Taylor ham was sliced paper thin with the perfect amount of melted cheese. Fluffy bagel and a big size. Amazing!
