they have been here for years and have always had exceptional service!!! after today's order, the bank with the purple dreadlocks was extremely rude and unprofessional from no reason! I always get 2 hot sauces with my chicken job and I'm usually not charged for it, but this time around me a dollar for 2 tiny hot sauce tassen was charged! it is not about the price of the hot soße, it is the fact that various employees give different prices and that is simply not a good look! they always had a great customer service, but this particular young lady always had an evil unprofessional attitude, and it brings honestly only the whole mood of the facility down! we drive 30 minutes to know this place...
raised by 7:40 until the drive thru window a young man said we close at 7:45. two times at 7:15 o'clock to place a job, three times and there was no answer. this is a reason why our companies get bad reviews. please do it better! I drove from stockbridge to the location sylvan and the service and eating were always decent. when I found out, they moved to cleveland ave. (I live now close to this place) I was thrilled to experience eating again, to be disappointed. the load is also dark and looks like he's never open. Probably why I didn't know so often that this was the place I loved on the day.
I had a 5-hour layover at the airport today. I had intended to visit another seafood restaurant at the airport, but it was closed. I was disappointed that they only had outdoor seating, as there were bugs flying around. However, the food was worth the wait as it was freshly cooked. My fish was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. I also ordered a key lime pie to go. Although I would have given it a five-star rating, the restaurant needs to address the issue of a flooded floor. The service was average, but I wasn't expecting anything exceptional. Overall, I would return to this restaurant.
I have been visiting Ikhlas over twenty years...I will always be a loyal customer. The 4 rating is for ; I placed a order for 1:30pm..i got there at 1:15pm. Order was boxed up and bagged..was lukewarm nothing to pop in the oven and reheat...our picnic plans changed would of been disappointed at the park.? However the young lady at the register was polite and friendly. I will be back Book a table now
I ordered 3 Shrimp Superbs and a 10 piece Bourbon Wings. Each meal came with fries and a drink. I enjoyed the seasoning on the shrimp, but wasn't a fan of the fries. The tartar sauce and sweet bread made for a delicious sandwich. Unfortunately, I couldn't sit inside to eat, but the food still tasted great.
Fresh food, great customer service. My family and I eat her often. Whoever is cooking put their foot into the recipe (Just kidding). I notied they've kept the same recipe for years now. If it works stick to the system. This is definitely on my food place list.
The food at this restaurant is delightful. I particularly enjoyed my fish, which was brought in from New York. However, I was advised not to ask for a lemon. Overall, a very delicious dining experience despite this minor setback.
I purchased the fish salad. The fish is always cooked crispy, the way I like it, with enough salad greens veggies to make it a true salad. The customer service is always excellent. Book a table now
I hadn't been since pre pandemic the fish is STILL good HOTTTTT! Just like I like it not to mention that delious tartar sauce, it's good on the fish, fries, onion rings.
