Child menu that was more copied than our adult plates, fries were not cooked on the other hand. Once our plates have arrived, 4 pieces of ridiculous magrets, 2 qunelles of purée, a mini piece of broccoli, all cold. A whole magret was used to make 4 plates. A shame... all for a price of 26 euros. The waiter was nice and seemed sorry to serve such plates. I've never seen this before. A gesture was made on the note and fortunately because out of the question of paying as expensive to eat it and come out with hunger... Run away.
From the way to Balaruc the baths and a pleasant surprise came to us! He Bianco faces the pond of Thau, in a warm setting where the reception and service were of professionalism and kindness that we rarely see today! In addition, the dishes amazed us, with a mixture of flavors and a finesse worthy of a starry! Passion feels from the entrance to the dessert! We had very good advice to accompany our meal with a good wine The setting is just exceptional, we travel as much in the decor of the restaurant as in the plate and the value for money is very correct. Bravo and thank you to Il Bianco's team! We'll come back to two and with friends for sure!
A real shame! Servers are not at all pro. They don't even know what they have in the kitchen. No one is served at the same time. We ordered a salmon and after an hour of waiting, a waiter arrives with espadon by telling us that there is no more salmon and that we have to eat the strength limit of the espadon. I then said we didn't like it and it was unacceptable to impose a meal on people. So I asked for change and it didn't rain on the server that we missed respect. To flee
It was already very good a few months ago when I came. But now I've found even better and it's fun. I was able to speak with the cook when he came out of his kitchen at the end of the service. He said it's not long since he's been there and it's frankly nice to see quality increase again. It's not everywhere it's possible and I find it interesting. I loved truffle oil in the accompanying purée! That was great! I enjoyed it a lot. I think I'll be back in a while.
