This restaurant is situated in an old hospital building that later was occupied by French army. For this reason you find next to the restaurant a little interesting museum about the history of the building and its function in Hitlers Germany. Afterwards you may have a nice coffee with cake or a nice diner. The menu is very varied and kitchen is seasonal. They also serve breakfast. The only thing that you have be early because kitchen closed at 9 when I was there last time.
is this bistro unhistorical environment. good kitchen, with relatiw small card, but under the week lunch a cheap lunch. it is an integrative device in which disabled people cooperate. because of the service sometimes somewhat cumbersome, but always very friendly. to visit the small museum that describes the changing history of the illenau. a successful monumental protection project, even the bistro itself has a special atmosphere in the renovated rooms.
a really great restaurant! beautiful terrace, special atmosphere also inside, first-class service, excellent food and what is very special to emphasize that there integratiw is working there, people working with impediment in the kitchen and in the service with!Special tipp: every Saturday is cordon bleu evening (15 different variants!) and also the cook makes its creative pastavariations all of itself!
we were actually in the lllenau and have eaten soo incredibly tasty that I can hardly believe it. superleckere ravioli with fish, the vegan cracks were also delicious and at the end there was a piece torte. the service was really warm and courteous, many cordial thanks, we come back! we were there on the first Christmas holiday with the family to eat and were all delighted.The eating and the torts were excellent. the service charming on your own way and wise! always happy again!
lunch was not very tasty unfortunately. young lady behind the cake counter quite snippish (no the employee with handicap, there is my understanding greater!). - but great location!
