C'était la première fois que je testai leurs produits et j'ai été très déçue, j'ai pris une crème molle avec enrobage et la crème était grumeleuse et pas très fraiche, le chocolat n'a pas réussi à durcir correctement dessus, ma fille avait pris une barbotine licorne, j'ai du retirer et jeter la crème fouettée car elle avait un gout atroce et était chaude en bouche... Par chance, nous n'avons pas été malade, ça laisse à désirer par contre, je suis pas mal déçue. L'accueil était correct mais sans plus, limite froid.

The new business model with the mandatory wristband instead of points is really a pain. To chaperone kids not tall enough you sometimes need the 12$ wristband, sometimes the full ticket (45$, for the Ferris wheel for example). I put 2 stars because my 6 and 8 years old (on the tall side) were thrilled to be there, but the youngest needed a chaperone for the attractions he wanted anyway.

Disappointing...went at 6pm and they were closed due to no employees. Maybe if management paid a living wage and respected their employees they would be open. All other areas in the mall were open, including Chocolat delicious ice cream just up the stairs...they have employees more than happy to serve you!!

Went there for food.. good options. Little struggle over there because of language.. most of the people speaks only french and sometimes it is hard to communicate with them.. Respecting them for hospitality ?

The price makes it impossible for lower income families to just enjoy one ride and go. Dirty capitalism showing its true colors.
