I called the location at 6197 Telegraph in Oakville at 10:35PM on a Tuesday to place an order and they had no issue with it. I was able to pick up my order before they closed at 11PM. However, the location at 9417 Gravois in Afton refused to take my order because they stopped taking orders at 10:10PM, 50 minutes before closing time. This inconsistency bothers me - if you're open, you're open, and if you're closed, you're closed. If you're no longer accepting orders, you're closed. If you close at 10:10PM, update your hours online to reflect that. It's frustrating to think a place is open until 11PM only to find out they're closing early. Ridiculous service tonight. Usually they are really good but tonight was unacceptable by any standards. Ordered 2 sides of fries, 3 ranch, and one order of toasted ravioli. Received: zero ranch, one order or horribly soggy old fries and the toasted ravioli. Called and spoke to manager and the fix was one side of fries and ranch on my next order. The reason we ordered these fries is because they used to be really good and crisp. Otherwise I wouldn?t pay $31 for fries and ravioli. Very disappointed. Side note: delivery person did as requested and did not knock, also called and let me know the order was at the door. At least he can do his job properly. Maybe he should be the manager.
Ordered delivery due to being at cancer center. 2 roast beef sandwiches with cheese. Beef was so dry and did not have au juos which should have been included. Had to call driver to find out what building he delivered to because he left food at front desk and left. I'm guessing he assumed since we weren't right there at that moment and we paid by card he wasn't getting tipped. If he would have waited for my friend to get to desk, he would have been tipped nicely. He wasn't very nice when I called to see where our food was and basically made me feel stupid for asking. I'll be at center for a bit longer but won't be ordering Imos.
Imos is overpriced for a reason. People continue to pay because it is that good. They need to cut their prices by a third to increase their sales by 4x. It would decrease their per sale profit but increase overall sales which would really make more money in the long run. Problem is the owner pays themself too much for doing nothing but cashing themselves dividends of the proceeds of the store. Service: Take out

Would give 10 stars!! This place is very good, and Tim was very nice to accept our order even though they were closing soon. And he was very generous with the military discount!! We were from out of town, and our friends told us about this place, and it was a very good recommendation!!
Imo's should be called something different than pizza. It is by far the best there is and so much better than the flavorless options out there. Provel cheese is a game changer and their Italian sausage is sweet and delicious!!
has a drive-thru! if they like STL-style pizza, this place is fantastic. (if you think STL style is a cracker / karton with a cheese on it, then you can want to happen!
I used to live in St. Louis during high school, but I never tried Imo's because I wasn't a fan of the Provel cheese. However, I visited this summer and tried it out.
