This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The staff seemed more interested in eating than attending to customers. They were sitting around, asking each other about drink orders from across the room, while I was waiting for my drinks. The food looked old and unappealing. One guy kept staring at me while he ate, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable every time I looked up. I couldn't even enjoy the little bit of food I managed to pick out. I had a bad feeling before I even went inside, and it turned out to be right. We ended up leaving after just 20 minutes and were charged around $34. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
The food was mostly cold, and everything appeared to be unclean. Plates weren't cleared away, and there was no additional drink service. The fish in the tank looked unhealthy, and the ice cream scoops were taken from a dirty bucket. There were also no egg rolls available, and the bill for two came to $31. I couldn't be more disappointed.
Imperial never disappoints to satisfy the hunger in me. Their food is not only amazing but the people who work there are lovely and the atmosphere there is great! Delivery is also nice, fast, and perfect! I've dined and delivered from there.Highly recommend for great food and memories ??
It was a mid-afternoon visit to a buffet, and I found that many of the dishes that weren't served with their own sauces were quite dry. This could definitely use some improvement. On a positive note, the staff were wonderful.

Half of my food was cool and didn't notice a lot of flavor. Hardly any filling in the egg rolls. Server never came to our table to clean off dirty dishes. The honey chicken was very good.

Good food. Great service. But 29 bucks for lunch??? Not going back to enough. But a lot of people there for lunch. Good for them!
