Live in Wallsend for years and not used this take away before and definitely won 't be using it again. I ordered chicken and prawn chow mein. The chicken was hard, dry and over cooked and prawns were like rubber. When I called to complain about the meal, I was rudely told 'THAT 'S HOW WE COOK IT ' and 'NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT IT ' I asked what could be done regards this and they simply did not have a positive reply and were quite happy to leave me with an un-edible meal. There was no offer to refund or replace the meal, just simply ' NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED ' Absolutely stay away, attitude stinks, almost as much as their food. Take out, literally read the small print! Ordered a soup starter, fine. House curry…….no prompt to order rice or any additional items. Ordered a side… my order comes a little late but nothing too bad…but not rice for my curry?! If I knew it wasn’t coming with rice I’d have ordered it, never ordered a curry and rice doesn’t come as standard or at least be told to order it as extra. Phone response was beyond rude and told to order elsewhere….yeah thanks I will!
The food quality at this restaurant is very low. The sauce is watery which makes the battered chicken soggy and they also messed up our order. It seems like they tried to cut corners and make everything as cheaply as possible. The honey chilli sauce looked like greasy water in the picture.
I am baffled at the poor reviews. They clearly have been nowhere near what they claim to have had. This place is superb and tasty and nice people best omelettes I have had for uncountable years. Black bean sauce lovely and chips superb (not usual poor stuff from others)

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. The majority of the food was delicious, arrived hot and on time. However, the sauce for the honey and chili ribs was disappointing. It was mostly water and didn't adhere to the ribs like a good sauce should.
delivered food to an incorrect address, then collected it from the wrong address then redelivered to myself open from previous house.absolute disgrace even worse giving the current coronavirus situation. health and saftey at its worst!!!
I can't believe anyone rated this place as worthy of just 2½ stars. Lovely, tasty, fresh food hot every time. Delivery drivers are prompt and courteous. Value for money and has become a firm favourite of mine after just two meals.
I recently received a large delivery from this restaurant and was very impressed with the delicious food, reasonable prices, and on-time delivery. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was stone cold and all restaurant could say was sorry but was hot when I left here, take it up with just eat!!
