We haven’t ordered for a while as the last few times it’s taken 2 hours. This time was a record at 2 hours 50min. They need to learn the capacity of their kitchen, and stop excepting orders they can’t fulfil in a timely manner. I called 4 times for updates, lied to every time telling us it was nearly ready etc. 4th call they said they were remaking it, I heard someone in the background say ‘if they can’t wait 10min tell them to cancel’. We’d already waited 2 1/2 hours at that point. Absolutely no offer of compensation either. They suggested asking Deliveroo who won’t help because In2 deliver themselves. Very convenient. I will never return to this restaurant. I found a dead beetle under my food on the plate and when I informed the waiter, he removed it with his bare hands and just placed it on our table instead of disposing of it properly. When I politely asked for a refund, the waiter refused and began speaking negatively about me in another language to his coworkers. I said I would leave if I didn't receive a refund, but two waiters blocked the door so my family and I couldn't leave until we paid for the meal with the beetle. The food was also unsatisfactory.
2 hours wait still waiting order at 6.30 so not a busy time called the restaurant 3 times and told it on it way restaurant staff did not want to talk over £50 order and they cannot be bothered this place was recommended but i don't recommend it read the reviews they all ture about the times They should not take orders of they can't fill them. I'm quite a connoisseur of Indian food, and I have to say this is the best I've tasted in the Bromley area. Every dish is delicious, great portion sizes (as lots of good Indian restaurants have reduced them lately) and attentive service when eating in. They also do a very good takeaway deal too. Can't recommend In2 Papadam enough! And Noor deserves a mention!
Have ordered from here many times but never again. An absolute overpriced rip off. 2 Prawns for £6.50 as a starter. Lady on the phone sounded almost proud that this is what they are selling. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t have minded so much but the meal took an hour and a half to arrive.
It took 2 hours for food to arrive. Sag aloo potatoes had a strange/sponge like texture, veg curry was overcooked and we think they were lychees in chicken curry that had tomato paste that wasn’t mixed in properly bizarre combination. Offered £3 refund for food being so late disappointed.
sorry to say this but one of the worst Indian takeaways the tandoori mixed grill was awful the seasoning was wrong everything tasted odd. the chicken madras was so hot and not like any spices I have ever tasted. the sag aloo lacked any flavour and had no salt. will never order again.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious and the chicken was particularly tender. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
The meal was hot and incredibly tasty. Definitely my new go-to choice.
