I have been at this location before and never have had any problems with any of the people that worked here.However,My experience with a young lady by the name of jaala at In-N-Out Burger was absolutely disgusting. Her attitude was beyond nasty she was straightup rude, lazy, and the girl had the audacity to act like she couldn't even hear me, though I know she did.She had a poor and to some they would say a very unprofessional dirty attitude and behavior.I noticed how she acted very slobby towards the customers and workmates around her.Which is just truly disgusting,she was going out of her way to be disrespectful, and I’ve never seen anyone so uninterested in doing their job. In and out burger restaurants have always been having the best customer service overall. It’s a super fast turnover rate on receiving food items even when there is a long line. It’s commendable that the cook staffs are able to churn out food in this fashion. We’ve ordered 2 double-double animal style, 1 double-double w/o pickle and a double-double protein style, along with 3X milkshakes. The order was received 100% correct. It has always been busy no matter which in-and-out burger restaurant I visit. The price is super reasonable, i think it was $36.xx after Tax.
It used to be a 5-star experience, but I have to say that you can't customize your food here. They flat-out refuse to change their cheese fries and won't add the toppings to the center, even if you're willing to pay extra for it. The staff is rude and doesn't provide any explanation when you ask for modifications. This is the first time I've had to leave a negative review for In-N-Out.
The fries I received were cold and hard, making them inedible. I ended up leaving them in the bin, where I noticed there were already some other fries. The cashier could use a bit more awareness—just a little would help. Book a table now
Went on a Saturday! They have a gluten free option so I can every now and again eat here. They are super busy at this location so if you are in a hurry make sure you have extra time. Parking was also limited.
