I have dined at Inchin's Bamboo Garden numerous times. The Crispy Chilli Baby Corn and Lat Mai Paneer appetizers are always consistently delicious. They recently updated their menu to add a few Indian curries. They swapped the Red Thai Curry for the Yellow Thai Curry, which is decent, but I preferred the Red Thai Curry. The ambience is pleasant, and the mango margarita is a must-try for those who like sweet drinks. The Cosmopolitan was just average. Overall, Inchin's Bamboo Garden is a great spot for dining in.

The menu clearly labels vegan options with a "V" and gluten-free choices with "GF," which I always appreciate in a restaurant. I tried the samosa, spring rolls, and vegetable yellow Thai curry with rice. While I finished everything, I found the dishes to be quite bland. The food wasn’t bad per se, but given that there are similar options in the area that are more flavorful, it's difficult to rate this place higher.

The menu clearly indicates vegan options with a "v" and gluten-free choices with "gf," which I always appreciate in a restaurant! I tried the samosa, spring rolls, and vegetable yellow Thai curry with rice. Unfortunately, I found all the dishes to be quite bland. While the food wasn't terrible, considering there are similar dishes nearby that are bursting with flavor, it's difficult for me to give a higher rating.

The vegetarian Thai basil fried rice was flavorful and mildly spiced. The vegetable chow mein noodles were tasty as well. The vegetable chili garlic noodles were good, although they could have been less salty. A few dishes were a bit greasy. We had visited several times before the pandemic and always appreciated the ambiance and service.
