The San Ramon IBG, with its generous space, provides a comfortable dining experience that is a welcome change from the usual cramped settings. The food, especially the hot dishes, is a delight to the taste buds. If you love spicy hot food like I do, you will savor the servings spicy to start with, and then the flavor takes over the heat. Beware that this place charges 21% gratuity if you have 5 or more people in group. We went on father's day and had very bad experience. Server had very bad attitude. He used to make us wait for very long time to take order. When he comes he will come in a breeze and go. We struggled to get drinks menu from him for over an hour. He always carried serious face and was acting as if we are some kind of burden for him. When asked about delay in taking order or preparing order, he was quite rude in his response. On top of this bad service they automatically charge 21% gratuity for us. Food was decent. But we will not visit this place again due to bad service and unreasonably gratuity charges.
