My wife, her friend, and I went here for dinner a couple of Sundays ago. After we finished eating, my I put my credit card on the table for the server to take, which she did, as witnessed by my my wife and her friend. I couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long for her to bring back the card. She finally brought the check, but without the card, so we called her back to the table to ask about it. She hadn’t a clue and spent the next half hour or more searching for it. So we were delayed, in total, an additional hour (the wait between giving the card and her returning with the check) while she and some other employees searched. I 'll start off by saying the food is good. Unfortunately, the people running the restaurant are not. 3 of us visited this restaurant together. We had a protracted conversation about who was going to pay, and then which card they were going to use, so the whole incident is very strong in my mind. The waitress picked up the card with her left hand and left. After 15 minutes or so, we asked when she would return the card and get a signature. She apologized, came back and left. More time, maybe 10 minutes passed. The waitress told us she couldn 't find the card and apologized again, but was still looking. My friend asked for the manager. Someone else came out and said they were looking for him....
We ordered the Crispy Spinach Chaat appetizer with Pork Vindaloo, side of basmati and papadam (an off menu item). We were surprised by pork on the menu but we were told the chef 's wife is Italian so there is some influence there. The Spinach Chaat and Pork Vindaloo were delicious! The whole meal was among the best Indian food we 've had and we 've had a lot. This was great for gluten sensitivity and the menu was well marked for GF items although there is potential for cross contact in the kitchen as stated on their menu. I recommend Indeblue to all my friends! The food is an amazing combination of traditional flavors, yet elevated to a fine dining level. I have eaten at Indeblue many times and have followed this chef for more than 20 years. The staff is friendly and courteous, with an extensive knowledge of their menu. They always have suggestions for what is new or seasonal. The decor is breathtaking and great for any group. The last time I was there, I had a wonderful mushroom soup and I always get the crispy spinach chaat appetizer. It is divine. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, whether this is your first taste of Indian cuisine or you have a life long love of the food.

I’ve met friends here several times now for an evening out and we had an amazing meal every time! Our server Lori was great! She was friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for my friends who were not familiar with Indian cuisine so I requested her again. I really appreciate the variety of vegetarian options. In our visit the other night we enjoyed a seasonal watermelon salad, spinach chaat, paneer poutine and kaju paneer matar. We saved a little bit of room for dessert and so glad we did!! I tried something different every time and am already looking forward to my next visit!
Food was okay it 's not authentic Indian food, more of Indian lite for white people lol. Prices kind of reflect that higher. I 'm not rushing to go back. Staff were nice but overworked, not enough coverage to give top service. I overheard who I think was the manager speaking to one server.... not a very nice place to work, methinks! But definitely goodish food. If you want real Indian food there are much better choices though. Makes me miss London.
Recently went here to celebrate my birthday, had a wonderful experience. Servers were patient and were very clear about the allergens in the food and their recommendations. Took extra care to prepare food based on my requests and alterations to the menu. Servers brought the food at perfect time and kept the mood very lively. Overall, a very good experience for the price and got to taste some of the best recipes.
We've been here twice for brunch, and have gotten delivery dinner a few times. The hot chai is the best I've had outside of India. The thalis are a great way to try a variety of things (I've never had anything I didn't enjoy). The spinach chaat is craveable and worth a visit alone.
