After visiting several similar restaurants in and around Gold Coast this one was our favourite. To say I was excited was an understatement after glowing reports, which I was hoping wouldn't end in anticlimax. We pre booked a few days before for 7:30pm and on arrival the place was full, both inside and outside dining areas. Good start I remember thinking, if a place is full the clientele certainly know something.A spacious well set out table and uncomplicated menu we're waiting for us. One of the mangers came to our table and stayed for a very knowledgable chat about the dishes and made great recommendations based on our conversation. Did it live up the reputation? It certainly did, great vib...
No words to describe....delicious, fine quality, hygienic, innovation, presentation....The best place for Indian food currently....Coming here again n again n again n again nd still cant refuse a single dish they serve...U simply just cant get enough of this place...The Lasoni jhinga...I could have never imagined I would eat that dish n I loved it...and the thought of presenting prawns...wowAnd the pakora! Its just so delicious of the snack is their to enjoy...And the best part "its just 5 min walk from my place to this place".Coming here once a month for the past several years and still on top of my list
We went to this restaurant after reading such positive reviews. Definitely did not disappoint. We were very impressed with the good and service. We ordered rogan josh, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and pakoras. I must say the food was to die for, amazing flavours and very authentic. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The highlight of the night was the belly dancing. We will definitely be back for another great experience.

I don’t have to wonder if I’ll return I’m addicted..you couldn’t be disappointed thank you for the fantastic food great atmosphere and wonderful service.

I have heard so many rave reviews about Indian Empire so I decided to try it out last night. We ordered chicken korma, beef madras, cheese naan and rice. It was absolutely delicious. Indian restaurants can be very hit miss, so i am happy I have finally found a Indian restaurant down this end of the coast that does not disappoint.
Best Indian on the Gold Coast. Friendly attentive service. Meals cooked perfectly. Onion Bhaji and dhal makhani are fantastic vegetarian. Only Indian to go to for service and authentic cuisine.
Penkit and his team offer the most warming welcome only outdone by the actual quality of the food. Lovely people and first class service. We can't recommend them enough.... and I'm a regular
