I had dinned after long with IFC and truly they have changed their entire menu along with their newly renovated restaurant and kitchen. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing and the vibe hits different when it comes to food. We tried their newly launched honey chili momos which I rate 7.5/10 and vegetarian thali which was 9/10. Their serving style was totally unique and delicious. Nobody else served their thali like this in Winnipeg. Also when it comes to customer service that was also very good as I asked the server to get me a lachha parantha instead of naan or roti then they didn’t deny me which usually it doesn’t come with it. The butter chicken and parkoora curry in the Non-Vegetarian Thali were so hot that I could barely taste the flavour. Even when we used yogurt to cool it down my mother and I had a very hard time eating it. Ive ordered from here before and the food was excellent... not sure what happened. Big shout out to the Mango Lassi. Ive never been so greatful for a drink in my life. That drink gets 15/10. The Garlic Naan was awesome. I havent had the Samosa yet but im sure it will also be good.
I highly recommend this place! The Amritsari Kulcha Chana, Fish Pakora (1 lb), and IFC Special Paneer Meal were all fantastic, as always. I loved the food! However, I have a suggestion: please consider reducing the amount of food coloring used in the Fish Pakora (1 lb). Some of the pakoras were slightly undercooked.
Rice didnt come with this curry (karahi) but still super delicious and a perfect amount of spice, dont recommend if youre not big on spicy. Chicken is well marinated and very tender, pulls apart easily. The samosa was great, good amount of filling and pretty big as well as flaky outer layer

The Chicken Korma and Tikka are outstanding. The naan is a good size, but I feel it's a bit overpriced; you could get more for the same price at the grocery store. The samosas are quite good, and they also offer chai. I wouldn't recommend the chicken curry, though.
