Lunch review: We were first time visitors as a party of four - two adults and two children. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 PM and found the restaurant to be completely empty. We were seated quickly and ordered three mango lassis and a matha (chaach) which were deliciously creamy. For our main course, we enjoyed Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer, spicy mixed vegetables, six Tawa ROTI with butter, one PARATHA, and one Naan with butter - all of which were very tasty. I live in San Jose and yet I travel around 47 miles to dine at this place with friends. Hands down the best North Indian food you can imagine. I have tried so many places in California and still this is the best Indian food. Dal Makhani top notch! They do understand what Dal Makhani is and how it is supposed to taste! Amazing. Amazingly tasteful Indian food. This feels like a lost spot since it is away from San Jose and SF city, but I would say this place is a must try for foodies who crave exact indian taste.
